NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions.

DEPOSIT
The client agrees to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. The client agrees that the retainer fee fairly compensates Nova Nails for committing to provide the services and in exchange for turning down other potential clients. The Client agrees to pay any remaining balance when the appointment is complete.

NO CALL / NO SHOWS
If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions will be made.

LATENESS
We have a 10-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text us to let us know. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Nova Nails.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require a 48-hour notice for cancellations/changes to services scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 48-hour notice, we will keep the 50% non-refundable deposit made to secure your appointment. Same-day cancellations (which are considered 24-hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled, with no exceptions. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Nova Nails.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
A credit card is required to schedule an appointment. If a 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment; is not given, we reserve the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

CONFIRMATION TEXT
24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a reminder text/email to which you will need to reply "yes" to confirm. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be canceled and my cancellation policy will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/canceled appointments, and the cancellation fee.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, CHILDREN, OR ANIMALS
For the safety and sanitation of the workspace, Nova Nails does not allow additional guests, children, or animals.
